libzerg-perl software package provides fast perl module for parsing the output of NCBI BLAST programs, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libzerg-perl
libzerg-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libzerg-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libzerg-perl *
You will get with libzerg-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
